Opportunity:

RN - Med/Surg Telemetry

Job Details:

* Night shift, 3 x 12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
* Minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required
* Must have a permanent Ohio license or compact state license in hand at time of submission
* Required certifications: AHA or American Red Cross BLS and ACLS; NIH stroke scale certification must be obtained prior to start
* Epic EMR experience required
* One recent reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is required
* ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessments will be completed during orientation; acceptable scores required with a maximum of 2 attempts to pass
* Must be willing to work at least every other holiday
* Active certifications must be in hand at time of submission; pending certifications will not be accepted
