Open Position: RN - Oncology

Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2489.32

Opportunity:

Registered Nurse / Oncology

Job Details:

* Patient ratio of 1:4 for days, nights, and weekends
* Every other weekend requirement
* Self-scheduling unit
* Minimum 2 years of experience required
* First-time travelers accepted
* Local candidates accepted
* Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, and Chemo (ONS/ONCC)
* Active NJ or Compact license required
* Charting system: EPIC (experience required)
* Previous charge experience preferred
* Will float within scope of skillset as needed across the Morris and Main Campus
* Any time off requests must be submitted with the submittal and approved before the offer
* Block scheduling is not approved
* Care for adult patients with diagnoses including hematological malignancies, bone marrow transplant, CAR-T therapy, chemo administration, and solid oncology diagnoses
* Special procedures include chemotherapy administration
* Interdisciplinary support available including IV Teams, Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, Phlebotomy, Radiology, Social Services, Rapid Response Teams, and Pharmacy

This facility is a large health system offering comprehensive oncology services including inpatient care for complex diagnoses such as bone marrow transplants, CAR-T therapy, and hematological malignancies. The unit is supported by a robust interdisciplinary team and provides access to advanced specialty services across multiple campuses, ensuring a collaborative and well-resourced environment for both staff and patients.
