OT - Acute Care

Job Details:

* 10-hour day shifts, Wednesday through Saturday
* Alternative shift option available: 8-hour day shifts, Tuesday through Saturday or Sunday through Thursday
* Acute care setting
* Charting and EMR system: Cerner
* Required certifications: BLS Certification and licensed OT
* Dress code: Burgundy scrubs
* Travelers will be required to work 2 of the 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's) - holiday time off will be considered but not guaranteed
* Hospital may cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment or 3 shifts for assignments less than 13 weeks
* 2 supervisory references required at submittal (charge references accepted): 1 within 12 months and 1 within 3 years
