Opportunity:

Dietician

Job Details:

* Day shift schedule, 40 hours per week
* Long term care practice setting
* Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments using clinical data, laboratory values, weight trends, and disease-specific guidelines
* Develop, implement, and adjust individualized nutrition care plans including therapeutic diets, supplementation, enteral feeding, and hydration strategies
* Monitor resident outcomes and modify interventions in response to medical changes
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure coordinated, compliant, and resident-centered nutrition services
* Provide targeted nutrition education to residents, families, and staff to support disease management and diet adherence
* Maintain accurate, timely documentation and support audits, surveys, and quality improvement initiatives
* Contribute to community outreach and consultative services through education and professional expertise
* Must be credentialed as a Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) or eligible for registration as a dietitian by the CDR
* Must be licensed as a Registered Dietitian in North Dakota
* If eligible, must obtain and hold limited license in North Dakota and obtain RD status by CDR credentialing within 6 months of hire date
* EMR: Cerner
