Opportunity:

LPN - Outpatient Psychiatry

Job Details:

* 6-hour day shifts scheduled Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 2:30 PM
* No weekend rotation required
* No on-call responsibilities
* Facility is closed on major holidays
* Minimum 1 year of experience in any psychiatric setting required
* First-time travelers will not be accepted
* No floating required
* Required certifications: BLS, CPI or MOAB
* Washington state or compact LPN license required
* EMR proficiency in Epic (Hyperspace) Ambulatory required - any version accepted
* Proficiency in Outlook and phone work required
* Administer injections including long-acting anti-psychotics
* Perform phlebotomy services
* Coordinate medication refills and prior authorizations
* Room patients and perform medication reconciliation
* Work with patient populations including MDD, Bipolar Disorder, Anxiety Disorders, PTSD, OCD, ADHD, Schizophrenia, Schizoaffective Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder, and other psychiatric diagnoses
* Dress code: Any solid color scrubs or business casual attire

The facility operates on a structured weekday schedule and focuses on delivering quality ambulatory psychiatric care in a supportive outpatient environment. The clinic utilizes Epic (Hyperspace) Ambulatory as its electronic medical records system and is staffed by experienced mental health professionals dedicated to patient-centered care.
