Opportunity:

TRAVEL - RN - PEDS CVOR RN

Job Details:

* Work day shifts from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM with hours of operation from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
* Night shift on-call team available for after-hours coverage
* 1:1 patient ratio (estimated, never guaranteed)
* Work in a Pediatric OR environment with 8 operating rooms and a team of 25 staff members
* Minimum 1 year of current acute care hospital Pediatric CVOR RN experience required
* Cardiac/Open Heart surgery experience required
* BLS and ACLS certifications required
* Pediatric experience preferred
* CVOR/Cardiac experience preferred
* Ability to function in multiple service lines preferred
* Utilize equipment including Belmont Rapid Fusion
* EMR system: Meditech/CPN
* Perform and assist with procedures including orthopedic, ENT, urology, spine, general, GYN, endoscopy, plastics, and cardiac surgeries
* Manage the operating room, assist surgeons, monitor vital signs, and provide pre- and post-operative care
* Strong teamwork, patient care, and communication skills required

The operating rooms are supported by experienced service line leaders and a dedicated team including charge RNs, RNs, CSTs, and anesthesia providers.
