Opportunity:
Family Medicine MA-C
Job Details:
* 5x8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (no weekends)
* 13-week contract length
* No on-call or weekend requirements
* Must be a Certified Medical Assistant (MA-C); MA-R, MA-P, and MA-HT designations are not accepted
* At least 6 months of experience as an MA-C required; OB experience preferred, but Family Medicine, Adult, or Pediatric Outpatient setting experience is required
* EPIC charting experience required
* May float between two clinic locations in Seattle depending on staffing needs
* Works in a team-based approach with varying MA-to-clinician ratios
* Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced clinic environment
* Serves patient age groups including infants, adolescents, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics
* Required skills include: administering medication, vital signs, rooming patients, immunizations, EKG/ECG, phlebotomy, urine analysis, pap smear, telephone triage, nebulizer treatments, chart preparation, and more
* Scrubs: any color
* Required certifications: BLS, CMA
* This is a temp-to-hire opportunity; candidates must be willing and able to convert to a permanent position if offered
