Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Job Details:

* Work Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
* Possible Saturday shifts may be arranged in advance to allow for a weekday off
* Primarily serve patients in an outpatient clinic setting
* Hospital may cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment or up to 3 shifts for assignments less than 13 weeks
* Charting system: MEDITECH
* Required certification: BLS (AHA)
