Job Details:

* Work 10.5-hour shifts from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Thursday through Sunday
* Will work every weekend
* Occasional on-call may be required
* Department scans 75-100 inpatient and outpatient echoes per day
* Minimum 3 years of experience required
* Primary patient age groups include adults and geriatrics
* Inpatient and ER work setting experience required; outpatient, teaching hospital, PICU, neonate, and NICU experience preferred
* Required echo procedures: 3D Echo, Bubble Study, Contrast Agents, M-Mode, Pharmacologic Stress Echos, RIT/RVOT, TEE, and Treadmill Stress Echos
* Special procedures include TTE, TEE, Stress Echoes, Strain, Oncology, and Research
* Portables and Syngo experience required; PACS and Biopsies experience preferred
* Siemens and Philips scanner experience preferred
* Charting system: Excellian/Epic
* Scrub color: Grey
* Required certifications: BLS and RDCS - Adults; RDCS-Peds preferred
* Required credentials: ARDMS RDCS PE, CCI ACS, or CCI RCS
* 1 supervisor reference minimum required at time of submission

Facility:

This short-term acute care facility is a Magnet-designated, teaching hospital with Level III Trauma designation. With 672 staffed beds, this large healthcare facility supports a wide range of specialized services including cardiology, oncology, and research. The facility utilizes Epic/Excellian charting and provides a dynamic, high-volume environment for experienced echo technicians.
