Open Position: RN - Tele Float Pool

Opportunity:

RN - ICU/PCU/MS-Tele Float Pool

Job Details:

* Work 12-hour night shifts from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM
* Every other weekend schedule required
* Float within Zone 2 locations across a 60-mile radius from the zone's city center
* May be floated mid-shift with paid travel time to other acuity levels including ICU, PCU/Stepdown, and MS-Tele
* May be assigned in a CNA/Sitter capacity if low census in order to ensure hours are met
* Responsible for obtaining housing that makes floating throughout the full 60-mile zone feasible
* Must be present in state for week of orientation even if first day modules are remote
* Hospital may cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment or 3 shifts for assignments less than 13 weeks
* Charting system: EPIC
* Trauma Level 3 acute care setting
* BSN not required
* Valid state license required for submission
* Required certifications: ACLS, BLS (AHA), NIHSS

This acute care facility operates as a Level 3 trauma center providing comprehensive inpatient services across multiple care settings including ICU, PCU/Stepdown, and Medical-Surgical Telemetry units. The facility utilizes EPIC as its electronic health records system and supports a float pool model across a regional zone, demonstrating a commitment to flexible, patient-centered staffing solutions.
