Opportunity:

MS Tele RN Nights

Job Details:

* 3x12 night shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM
* Patient ratio of 1:6 for days, nights, and weekends
* Every other weekend required - non-negotiable
* No on-call required
* Floating within scope required as needed by the facility
* Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
* Block schedule requests can be submitted prior to assignment but are not guaranteed
* 2 years of experience required
* First-time travelers accepted
* South Carolina license or Compact license must be in hand prior to start
* Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
* Required experience: MS/Tele, Telemetry, Interpretation of Dysrhythmias, Telemetry on-unit monitoring
* Community hospital experience preferred
* Epic charting system experience preferred
* Scrub color: Royal Blue
* No cost for parking
* 24-hour orientation
* Unit is a new build with 30 beds and bedside monitors capable of telemetry, blood pressure, and pulse ox monitoring
* 24/7 house supervisor coverage available
* Interdisciplinary support includes Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, Interpretation Services, Phlebotomy, Radiology, Social Services, Rapid Response Teams, Pharmacy, and Unit Secretary
* Patients served include adults and geriatrics with common medical conditions such as DM, HTN, CAD, ESRD, chronic respiratory illnesses, and arrhythmias
* Travelers should be aware that during hurricane season (June through November), all employees and contractors may be assigned to emergency response teams

This acute care hospital operates with 286 total staffed beds and provides a comprehensive range of medical services. The facility utilizes Epic as its charting system and offers robust interdisciplinary support including physical therapy, respiratory services, radiology, pharmacy, and rapid response teams. The organization maintains 24/7 house supervisor coverage and strong leadership availability to ensure consistent patient care and staff support.
