Opportunity:

RN Clinic Coordinator

Job Details:

* Work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
* Support daily operations of Family Medicine and Mental Health Services clinics
* Work under the direction of the Clinic Nurse Manager
* Assist in orienting, training, and mentoring new clinic personnel
* Provide constructive performance feedback, education, and coaching to clinic staff
* Participate in and support clinical quality improvement projects
* Fill in for staffing needs and other duties as assigned by the Clinic Nurse Manager
* Demonstrate strong teaching, leadership, and communication skills
* Maintain excellent time management and organizational skills with ability to prioritize and multi-task
* Must be comfortable with computers, basic word processing, data entry, and electronic medical records
* Ability to lift and move up to 20 lbs. without assistance and beyond 20 lbs. with assistance
* Current RN license in Utah required
* Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
* Minimum two years of experience as an RN in an outpatient setting preferred
