Open Position: PT - Physical Therapist

Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2078.20

Opportunity:

TRAVEL - Physical Therapy (762) - MC Plano / 8A - 4:30P

Job Details:

* Day shift position from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
* 5 days per week schedule with 2 weekend days per 4-week rotation period
* No on-call requirement
* No floating requirement
* Provide one-on-one physical therapy treatments to patients
* Work across acute care hospital settings including Trauma Level 1, Neuroscience, ICUs, ECMO, Burn, Oncology, and Orthopedic and Spine floors
* Work within inpatient rehabilitation setting (40 beds)
* Utilize therapy equipment including walking equipment, bikes, bars, and treadmills
* Use Meditech EMR system
* Minimum 1 year of experience in acute care and/or inpatient rehabilitation settings required
* Prior inpatient rehab experience required; acute care hospital experience is a plus
* Candidates with experience solely in Skilled Nursing Facilities, outpatient settings, pediatrics, or school settings will not be considered

Facility:

This facility is a large acute care hospital operating at 600 beds and designated as a Trauma Level 1 center. The rehabilitation therapy services department encompasses physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy, all serving both the acute care hospital and a 40-bed inpatient rehabilitation unit. The facility supports a wide range of specialized units including Neuroscience, ICUs, ECMO, Burn, Oncology, and Orthopedic and Spine floors, with a team-oriented culture that values flexibility, accountability, and a positive attitude.
