Open Position: CT Technologist - CT Tech

Opportunity:

Radiology & CT, MRI Tech, Nuc Med Tech, US Tech

Job Details:

* 8-hour day shifts available, with 10 or 12-hour shifts for Radiology/CT, 10-hour shifts for MRI Tech, 8-hour shifts for Nuc Med Tech, and 8 or 10-hour shifts for US Tech
* Weekend requirement varies based on facility need, and may include all weekends
* Holiday coverage worked in as needed
* Hospital may cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment, or 3 shifts for assignments less than 13 weeks
* MRI technologists will perform MRI imaging
* Radiology technologists will perform X-ray and CT imaging
* Nuclear Medicine technologists will perform nuclear medicine scans
* Ultrasound technologists will perform all ultrasound studies except echo, leg studies, and standard perinatal (high-risk OB only)
* Common studies include all X-ray, CT, MRI, nuclear medicine scans, and ultrasound procedures
* Charting performed using Cerner EMR with DR PACS and Philips equipment
* Radiology supervisor on-site
* Required certifications: BLS, Fluoro license
* California CRT license and R-credential required for Radiology; certified CT preferred; fluoro license required
* BSN not required

This acute care facility operates as a Level 3 Trauma Center, providing comprehensive imaging services across multiple modalities including radiology, CT, MRI, nuclear medicine, and ultrasound. The facility is supported by 24/7 respiratory therapy and pharmacy services, as well as on-site hospitalist or intensivist coverage, ensuring a well-rounded and collaborative care environment for both staff and patients.
