* Charting system: Epic experience required
* Minimum 1 year of experience required
* Washington state license must be in hand at time of submission
* Required skills: Adult Outpatient, ARIA, Billing for treatment types and devices, CBCT/kV/mV imaging, CT Simulation, GE, Heterotopic Bone, IMRT - Intensity Modulated Radiotherapy, Keloids, Prostate Cancer with Seeds/Fiducials, Radiation Safety, Respiratory Gating, Simulation of Treatment Sites, Stereotactic Radiosurgery (SRS), TrueBeam, Varian 21 ex/ix, Varis-Vision/ARIA
* Patient population: Adults
* Daily census: 35 patients
* Must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
* 2 professional references required covering 1 year within the last 3 years

Facility:

This facility is a Short Term Acute Care hospital and Level III Trauma Center with 104 staffed beds. The facility utilizes Epic for charting and offers a modern environment supporting a wide range of radiation therapy services. Parking is available at no cost to staff.
