Opportunity:

LTC RN - 8hr PM/NOC Variable shifts

Job Details:

* 13-week contract
* 8-hour PM/NOC variable shifts with shift times of 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM and 9:30 PM - 6:00 AM
* Guaranteed hours of 36 to 48 hours per week with a maximum of 48 hours per week
* Hours are not guaranteed during orientation week
* Billing period runs Monday through Sunday
* Every other weekend and every other holiday required
* Holiday rotation required
* Float to Gundersen Harmony location (approximately 25 miles apart) as needed
* No on-call or call back requirements
* Work in a 43-bed long-term care facility and clinic
* Night shift staffing includes 1 nurse and 2 CNAs
* Days/Evenings staffing includes 1 Charge Nurse handling treatments, PRNs, and narcotics and 1 nurse or TMA managing medication cart
* Minimum 2 years of RN experience required with at least 1 year in long-term care
* Matrix charting experience preferred
* Required certifications: MN RN License and AHA BLS
* Associate Degree or Certificate required
* Scrub colors: work appropriate solids or prints
* Desired skillset includes being a hard worker, resilient, adaptable to change, able to work independently, and able to complete tasks in a timely manner
