Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $4233.36

Opportunity:

RN - Transplant Nephrology

Job Details:

* 48 hours guaranteed per week
* Work on a 20-bed Transplant Nephrology unit with a 1:6 patient ratio
* 3 weekend shifts required per month
* No on-call requirements
* Agency and contract nurses float first per floating policy
* Provide med/surg care including nephrology, kidney transplant, and renal patient care
* Dialysis is performed off of the unit
* Documentation completed using Meditech system
* Unit support includes unit secretary during the day, PCTs, and a unit educator
* Virtual nurse completes patient admissions allowing bedside nurses to focus on other patients
* Required dress code: Royal blue scrubs; black scrub pants permitted
* Required certifications: BLS
* Minimum education requirement: ADN
* Required skill set: Med/Surg, nephrology, kidney transplants, renal, and dialysis experience

The unit is staffed with dedicated support personnel and leverages virtual nursing technology to enhance the bedside care experience for both patients and clinical staff.
