Job Details:

* Complete 6 patient visits per day
* Weekend coverage required on an as-needed basis
* No on-call requirements
* Block scheduling type
* Guaranteed 3 shifts per 13-week contract
* Float to cover GSL St. Charles, West, and South teams within scope
* Territory mileage radius of 40-80 miles with mileage reimbursement provided
* Minimum 2 years of experience required
* First-time travelers accepted
* Required certification: BLS
* Required skills: Home Health Care, Alternative Communication Devices, Augmentative Communication, Compensatory Strategies, CVA (Cerebrovascular Accident), Degenerative Diseases, Dysarthria, Dysphagia, Hearing Impairments, Oral Motor, Point of Service Documentation, Medicare A
* Charting system: EPIC (preferred experience)
* Scrub color: Gray
* Maximum of 7 days of requested time off per contract
* No requested time off permitted during the first week of assignment
