Open Position: CSFA - First Assist Tech

Job Details:

* Day shift schedule Monday through Friday with on-call responsibilities after hours and weekends
* Rotating weekend on-call required
* 1:1 patient ratio
* 3-bed unit with a team of 15 staff members
* Must have vein harvesting capabilities and be competent and independent in vein procurement using the Maquet Hemopro 2 system
* Must function as a first assistant (FA)
* Perform and assist with procedures including CABG, valve procedures, TAVR standby, laser lead standby, thoracic robotic assisted procedures, and general emergent open-heart procedures
* May float to main OR as needed
* Hospital scrubs required for dress code
* Required certifications: BLS, CST (Certified Surgical Technician)
* CVOR experience required - candidates without this skill will not be considered

The unit is equipped with advanced CVOR technology and supports a wide range of cardiac and thoracic surgical procedures. The team consists of experienced surgical staff committed to delivering high-quality patient care in a specialized surgical environment.
