Opportunity:

PT - Physical Therapist

Job Details:

* 5-day work week, 8-hour day shifts Monday through Friday
* Variable start time of 7:30 AM or 8:00 AM
* Variable lunch hour of 30 or 60 minutes
* No weekend shifts required
* No on-call responsibilities
* Complete evaluations to ensure quality standards and address assessment areas requiring attention
* Use appropriate clinical techniques and tools to establish individualized treatment plans for patients
* Provide therapy interventions using appropriate treatment protocols and techniques
* Establish individualized care and discharge plans and ensure plans are communicated to appropriate parties
* Complete comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation within established deadlines
* Supervise assigned assistants
* Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required if license obtained on or after January 2016 or foreign equivalent
* Minimum 2 years of Physical Therapy experience required
* Current Physical Therapy licensure in state of practice required
* Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification required
* EPIC experience required

This facility has been deeply connected to the community it serves since 1956. It is comprised of a 50-bed acute care medical center, level IV trauma center, level II intensive care nursery services, an extensive physical rehabilitation program, outpatient surgery and diagnostic center, and an advanced wound care center.
