Job Details:

* Work day shifts from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday
* On-call required: 1 weekday per week and 1 weekend per month (weekend on-call spans Friday PM through Monday AM)
* Weekend coverage required per unit needs
* May be required to float to sister facilities within the North Region per unit needs
* Unit consists of 12 OR rooms with a staffing ratio of 1-2 RNs and 1 Surgical Tech per room
* Charting system: Epic
* Scrub color: Navy
* 2 years of CVOR experience required
* Required certifications: AHA BLS and ACLS
* Colorado or Compact RN license required
* Required skills include: Aortic Aneurysm repair, Atherectomy, Atrial Septal Defect repair, Cardiomyoplasty, Coronary Artery Bypass Graft (CABG), CVOR, Femoral Cannulation, Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump (IABP), Laparoscopic Cardiac Surgery, MAZE Procedure, Mitral Valve Replacement, PDA, Pericardial Window, Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR), and Ventricular Assist Device (LVAD/RVAD)

The CVOR unit operates across 12 OR rooms and is supported by a skilled multidisciplinary team, providing high-acuity cardiac surgical procedures. The facility utilizes Epic for charting and maintains strong staffing standards to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.
