Opportunity:

Radiologic Technologist

Job Details:

* Variable shifts working 5x8-hour schedules
* Start times vary between 1:30 PM, 2:30 PM, and 3:00 PM
* Must have EPIC experience
* Operate x-ray equipment to produce radiographs of designated body portions as ordered by physicians
* Position and instruct patients prior to examination
* Adjust x-ray equipment and determine proper voltage, current, and exposure time for each radiograph
* Perform screening procedures for diagnostic interpretation
* Explain procedures to patients and answer questions
* Prepare equipment and examination rooms for patient exams
* Monitor patients and ensure safety during exams
* Produce diagnostic images and document exam information
* Report important information to physicians and verify exams on PACS
* Minimum two years of recent experience in the field required
* Associate's Degree in radiologic technology preferred
* Required certifications: American Registry of Radiologic Technologists - Radiography (ARRT-R), Basic Life Support (BLS) from an approved vendor, Fluoroscopy license
* Current Radiologic Tech (RT) license in state of practice required
* Fluoroscopy license required within 6 months of hire in California
