Open Position: RN - CVICU

Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2213.88

Opportunity:

RN - ICU

Job Details:

* Straight nights or 50/50 scheduling required
* 3 weekend shifts within a 4-week period
* Patient ratio of 1:2 (1:3 for PCU boarders, 1:1 for sitters or higher acuity including IABP, CRRT, and open hearts)
* 24-bed ICU unit
* Documentation system: EPIC
* Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required; strong candidates with 1 year of experience will be considered
* Cardiac nurse experience required
* Perform and assist with rapid sequence intubations, central line placements, bronchoscopy, arterial line placements, and chest tube placements
* Experience with ventilators, vasopressors, restraint use, and arterial lines required
* Required certification: ACLS
* Must have Utah RN license at time of submission
* Floating to PCU or as a sitter anywhere in hospital inpatient as needed
* Scrub color: Caribbean Blue
* Outgoing team player personality preferred

This facility is a full-service hospital featuring a 24-bed intensive care unit with a dedicated care team of 46 staff members. The unit is equipped to handle a wide range of high-acuity patients and complex procedures, supported by charge care technicians and unit secretaries during day shifts. The facility utilizes EPIC for documentation and maintains a collaborative, team-oriented environment focused on delivering high-quality patient care.
