Opportunity:

RN - Med Surg

Job Details:

* Work on a 27-bed surgical unit with patient ratios of 5-6:1
* Day shift staffing includes Charge RN, RNs, LNAs, and Unit Coordinator (Monday through Friday)
* Night shift staffing includes Charge RN, RNs, and 2-3 LNAs
* 4 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule required
* No on-call responsibilities
* Minimum 2 years of Med Surg experience in a hospital setting required
* Experience in orthopedics and bariatrics preferred
* Perform and assist with orthopedic surgeries including knees, hips, shoulders, and cervical procedures as well as bariatric cases
* Work collaboratively with team members with a strong patient focus
* Operate equipment including Hoyer lift and CPM machine
* May float to Medical Oncology unit
* No specific scrub color required
* Required certification: BLS
* Must have license in hand prior to submission
