Job Details:

* Work 4x10 shifts from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM
* On-call requirement of 1 weekday call shift per week in a 6-week schedule
* Weekend requirement is generally none, though occasional weekend coverage may be needed
* Float between service lines within the facility required; no floating to sister facilities
* 9-room operating room environment with daily average surgical case volume of 10-16 cases
* Service lines include general surgery, robotics, retina, urology, ortho, and colorectal
* Experience with Ortho, Neuro, Eyes, and Robotics required
* Minimum 1+ year of experience required with strong general surgery background
* Experience with Da Vinci Xi Surgical System required
* Required certifications: BLS, NBSTSA (NCCT not accepted)
* Radiation badge required and must be provided by agency
* Hospital-issued scrubs provided; scrub color assigned by OR
* Epic charting system experience preferred
* Radiation badge must be sourced through the agency
* Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks; called-off hours can be broken down to equal 1 shift
* Trauma Level I experience preferred
* Community hospital experience preferred
* Patient age groups include adolescents, adults, and geriatrics; experience with infants and pediatrics preferred
* Interdisciplinary support available including IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, pharmacy, radiology, and more

The facility operates a 9-room operating room suite and provides comprehensive interdisciplinary support services including IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, pharmacy, radiology, social services, rapid response teams, and interpretation services.
