Open Position: RN - Case Management

Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2049.60

Opportunity:

Case Manager

Job Details:

* Monday through Friday shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with rotating weekend shifts Saturday and Sunday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
* No on-call required
* Patient ratio of 1:40 Monday through Friday
* Float to entire hospital including Women & Children and Emergency Department
* Conduct face-to-face patient and family interviews
* Participate in multidisciplinary rounds on each unit daily
* Perform InterQual reviews on every patient including observation reviews, DPEs, and discharge planning
* Case management experience required
* Midas/InterQual use experience required
* Licensed Masters degree required
* Knowledge of area resources preferred
* NATE certification preferred
* Work with laptops and cell phones
* EMR systems used: MediTech and Midas
* Dress code: Caribbean Blue scrubs with white jacket

Facility:

This medical center is a large regional healthcare facility serving a broad patient population with a typical census of 180 to 230 patients, including Women & Children. The facility operates a comprehensive case management department with a team of six case managers supporting multiple units across the organization. The facility follows structured hospital guidelines and policies to ensure consistent, high-quality patient care and effective care coordination across all departments.
