Open Position: OT - Therapy Rehab Acute Care

Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2456.40

Opportunity:

Occupational Therapist

Job Details:

* Work 8-hour day shifts Tuesday through Saturday
* Flexible shift start times ranging from 7:30 AM to 8:30 AM
* Minimum 1 year of acute care experience required, 2 years preferred
* Provide occupational therapy services in an acute care inpatient hospital setting
* Treat adult and geriatric patient populations
* Perform evaluations, assessments, reassessments, and discharge planning
* See inpatient orthopedic patients day of surgery
* ICU experience is helpful
* Develop and implement home exercise programs and plans of care
* Provide adaptive equipment assessment and recommendations for adult patients
* Perform lifting and transfer assistance and patient and family education
* Focus on safety and injury prevention
* Experience with Epic charting system preferred
* May be expected to float between nearby sister facilities
* Required certifications: BLS, NBCOT, Washington State License
* Compact license must be in hand at time of submission
* 2 references covering 1 year within the last 3 years required during compliance process
