Job Details:

* 13-week contract assignment
* Day shift hours from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
* No on-call requirements
* 4 weekend shifts per schedule
* Patient ratio of 4:1
* 32-bed Emergency Department unit
* Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, ENPC (must have by start date), TNCC (must have by start date), NIHSS
* Greater than 2 years of experience preferred
* EMR system: Meditech
* Dress code: Navy blue scrubs and navy blue zip-up sweater required; pull-over sweatshirts are not acceptable
* Typical procedures include lumbar punctures, intubations, TNK, laceration repair, suture removal, and splinting
* Must be a great team player with the ability to anticipate patient and department needs

Facility:

This facility features a 32-bed Emergency Department staffed by a dedicated team of over 100 healthcare professionals across multiple shifts. The unit operates with a structured staffing model including charge nurses, RNs, medics, and patient care technicians to ensure comprehensive patient care. The facility utilizes Meditech as its electronic medical records system and offers permanent position opportunities for exceptional staff.
