RN - Ortho/Spine

Job Details:

* Strong orthopedic background required
* Work on a 26-bed Orthopedic/Spine unit with a 6:1 patient ratio
* 4 weekend shifts required per schedule
* Floating policy on a rotation basis
* Care for patients undergoing knee and hip replacements as well as multi-level spine surgeries
* Work alongside unit secretaries, PCTs, and Navigators
* Utilize equipment including coolers, walkers, SCDs, and CPMs
* Document using Meditech system
* Must demonstrate compassion and teamwork
* Patient experience requirement of 72%
* Required dress code: Navy scrubs
