Open Position: Respiratory Therapist - Registered Respiratory Therapist

RRT - Nights

Job Details:

* Night shift position with weekends and holidays required
* Every other weekend required
* Float within scope to meet facility needs as required
* No on-call required
* Guaranteed hours based on contracted shifts, with a call-off policy of 2 shifts per 13-week assignment
* Minimum of 2 years of applicable experience required
* Must be comfortable working with both adults and children including pediatric and ICU patients
* Must pass the Advanced EKG exam as part of compliance prior to start
* Maximum of 4 days of RTO permitted - no holiday RTO will be accepted
* No block scheduling accommodations available
* Local candidates residing within 50 miles of the main campus are not eligible
* Scrub color: Solid black or black and white
* Charting system: Epic
* All callouts for scheduled shifts will require a makeup shift as deemed necessary by the department

This facility is a short-term acute care hospital and Level III Trauma Center that also serves as a teaching hospital. With 733 total staffed beds, the facility provides a wide range of medical services and supports a diverse patient population including adults and pediatric patients. The organization maintains high standards for clinical care and utilizes Epic for charting across its departments.
