Job Details:

* Minimum of 18 months of permanent experience in the specialty required
* Must have a permanent Ohio license in hand at time of submission
* Compact licenses are accepted for starts 1/1/23 and forward
* One reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty is required to qualify for submission
* Required certifications must be active with nothing pending
* Required certification: BLS
* Candidates may extend for a period of 18 months, after which a 6-month break is required
* BCI/FBI fingerprinting must be completed within 48 hours of signing contract
* Badging and onsite fingerprints must be completed at the facility prior to start date
* Modules are completed pre-start and annually, and vary by specialty
