CSFA - Surgical Services

Job Details:

* 2+ years of CSFA experience required
* Ortho, General, Endo-Vascular, Urology, and OB experience preferred
* On-call requirement of 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM one night per week
* On-call requirement one weekend per month, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
* Holiday on-call shifts are also required
* Required certifications: BLS (AHA), NBSTSA, NCCT
* Michigan license required with LARA and Nursys verification
* Skills checklist completed within one year of application required
* Must maintain strict attendance policy - 3 absences or instances of being more than 20 minutes late results in immediate termination
* Perform a full spectrum of surgical procedures across various specialties
