Job Details:

* Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
* Every other weekend and holiday required
* Guaranteed 36 hours per week for 12-hour shifts or 40 hours per week for 8 to 10 hour shifts
* Work week runs Sunday through Saturday
* No on-call or call back available
* Post-acute care setting
* Must be able to complete admissions and understand the admission process
* Must be proficient in transfers, discharges, and fall reporting
* Night shift resident to caregiver ratio: 1 nurse to up to 35 residents with med pass at beginning of shift and up to 2 CNAs
* Day shift resident to caregiver ratio: 1 nurse to up to 35 residents with a med aide, nurse responsible for all treatments, up to 3 CNAs, and potentially 1 Bath Aide Monday through Friday
* Charting completed using a computerized system
* BSN not required
* Required certifications: BLS Certification
