Job Details:

* Night shift position working three 12-hour shifts per week
* Various days of the week required
* Weekend shifts required per unit needs
* Minimum 2 years of emergency department experience required
* Travel experience required - first-time travelers not accepted
* Experience caring for both adult and pediatric patients preferred
* Must be comfortable managing multiple patient assignments with varying acuity
* Ability to adapt to changing patient volumes and department needs
* Floating within scope to meet facility needs may be required
* No on-call required
* Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NIHSS, ENPC, CPI
* Charting system: EPIC
* Scrub color: Navy Blue
* Required skills include interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, central line care and management, continuous IV sedation, IV vasopressors, BiPAP/CPAP management, ABG interpretation, care of ventilated patients, isolation precautions and PPE, triage, and general emergency department care for combined adult and pediatric patients
* Procedures include rapid triage and patient assessment, emergency stabilization and resuscitation, cardiac monitoring and rhythm interpretation, IV access and medication administration, and family-centered pediatric care
* Strong communication, teamwork, and time management skills required in a high-volume environment
* Maximum of 10 RTO days approved per 13-week contract
* RTO is not allowed during the following time periods: October 25 November 4, 2026; November 22 December 2, 2026; December 20 January 3, 2027
