Job Details:

* Day shifts available as 8 or 12 hours; evening shifts are 8 hours; night shifts are 12 hours
* Day shift hours run from 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM
* Every other weekend and holiday required
* Work week runs Sunday through Saturday
* Guaranteed 36 hours per week for 12-hour shifts or 40 hours per week for 8 to 10-hour shifts
* Patient ratios approximately 1:9 for day shift, 1:12 for evening shift, and 1:23 for overnight shift
* 2 CNAs per hall on day and evening shifts; 1 CNA per hall on overnight shift (11 PM to 6 AM)
* Charting system: Point Click Care (PCC)
* Every other weekend and holiday required
* Will receive location-specific orientation including training, tour, competencies, and opportunity to shadow 1 to 2 shifts
* Work with elder population including patients with dementia, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, and paranoia in a behavioral program setting
* Psych LTC experience preferred given geriatric psych setting
* Required certifications: BLS Certification
* No on-call or call-back available

Facility:

This post-acute care facility is a 55-bed geriatric psychiatric facility serving an elder population with a range of diagnoses including dementia and behavioral health conditions. The facility operates a dedicated behavioral program and utilizes Point Click Care (PCC) as its electronic medical records system. Staff work in a structured environment with defined patient ratios across all shifts to support quality care delivery.
