RN - Labor & Delivery

Job Details:

* Work 12-hour night shifts with weekends as scheduled
* Care for women and children in labor and delivery and mother-baby unit
* Level 1 unit providing care until patients are stable for continued care or transfer
* Facility averages 20 deliveries per month
* Scrubs are provided
* Charting system: EPIC
* Cancellation policy: 2 cancellations allowed per 13-week assignment or extension; 1 cancellation allowed for assignments less than 13 weeks
* Required certifications: BLS (AHA), NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program), STABLE Certification
* Valid driver's license required - must be within 50-mile radius
* Active nursing license required

This acute care facility operates a labor and delivery and mother-baby unit, providing comprehensive maternity and neonatal care services. The unit supports patients through delivery and postpartum care, stabilizing women and newborns as needed before continuing care or facilitating transfers to higher-level facilities. The facility utilizes EPIC as its electronic health record system and maintains a well-equipped environment to support both routine and complex obstetric cases.
