Opportunity:

Radiation Therapist

Job Details:

* Variable shift hours between 6:00 AM and 8:00 PM
* Typical work hours are 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
* No weekend shifts required
* No on-call responsibilities
* Minimum 2 years of experience required
* Travel experience required
* Responsible for the safe and accurate delivery of radiation therapy using Elekta linear accelerators
* Support ViewRay systems and maintain proficiency in MOSAIQ documentation
* Work within a Radiation Oncology department supporting adult and geriatric patient populations
* Required equipment experience: Varian TrueBeam, Vision RT, Elekta MOSAIQ, Eclipse
* Elekta and MOSAIQ experience required
* Epic EMR experience preferred
* Cerner EMR experience required
* Required certifications: ARRT (R), ARRT (T), BLS
* Must be a graduate of a JRCERT accredited radiation therapy program
* Licensure requirements: ARRT, CAMRT, or CMRITO
* Skills required include: External Beam Therapy, Radiation Safety, Simulation of Treatment Sites, Custom Molds, Isolation Precautions/PPE, Compute Dose Distribution, Billing for Treatment Types and Devices, Assist with Intracavity/Interstitial Administration
* RayStation experience preferred
* Pediatric cancer experience preferred
* Interdisciplinary support includes: Phlebotomy, Social Services, Pharmacy, and Unit Secretary
* All candidates must be able to provide proof of high school level education
