RN - Children's ER

Job Details:

* Work 3x12 night shifts with 36 guaranteed hours per week
* No on-call requirements
* Schedule varies based on department needs and may include weekends, holidays, and some call shifts
* Required to pick up one additional shift during each schedule period
* May be required to float to other areas of the organization up to competency level
* Two years of experience in a Pediatric ER required
* Provide optimal patient care utilizing the nursing process including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
* Deliver comprehensive nursing services with excellent documentation skills and compassionate patient and family interaction
* Demonstrate comfort with pediatric resuscitation and care of critically ill children
* Coordinate care between other professionals as needed
* Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, ENPC, TNCC
* Nevada RN license required prior to start

This facility is the region's only Level II Trauma Center, treating over 80,000 emergency and trauma patients per year across two emergency departments.
