Opportunity:

RN - Callback Queue

Job Details:

* Work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
* Onsite position located in Sandy Springs, Atlanta, Georgia
* Assist with callback queue to provide outbound calls to patients regarding lab results
* Provide clarification and relay messages from providers to patients
* Serve as a line of communication between patients and providers for questions and follow-up
* Non-patient facing position with no bedside skillset required
* Spend entire shift on phone assisting with backlogs and outbound calling
* Georgia RN License required
* AHA BLS certification required
