Job Details:

* Float position requiring travel between CT and Diagnostic X-Ray departments
* Friday shifts: 10:00 AM - 10:30 PM
* Saturday and Sunday shifts: 8:00 AM - 8:30 PM
* Holiday shifts required (minimum 50% of holidays occurring during contract)
* Call required (varies)
* 1 year of experience required; first-time travelers welcome
* Must be able to ambulate, reach, and move objects weighing up to and over 20 lbs
* Position is very active and physically demanding
* Patients served include adults and geriatrics
* Required certifications: ARRT CT, ARRT R, BLS
* Missouri license or Compact license required and must be in hand
* Cerner charting system experience preferred
* Required skills include: CT imaging (abdomen, chest, head, pelvis, lumbar, thoracic, sinuses, soft tissue neck, cervical, musculoskeletal trauma), vascular CTA, coronary CTA, brain perfusion, 3D rendering (maximum intensity projection, surface shaded displays, volume rendering), colonography/virtual colonography, enterography studies, CT arthrography, heart imaging (calcium scoring, coronary angiography), intravenous pyelogram, colorectal studies, carotid imaging, biopsies, aspirations, drainage procedures, preparation and/or administration of contrast media, starting peripheral IVs, venipuncture, radiation safety, PACS, Siemens, isolation precautions/PPE, adult acute care, and adult outpatient care
