Job Details:

* Work in a 15-bed Emergency Room department
* Patient ratio of 4:1
* AM and PM shifts include 1 Charge RN and 7 RNs; mid-shifts include RNs, techs, and paramedics
* Standard schedule includes 2 weekend shifts every two weeks
* Navy scrubs required
* No floating required
* EMR system: Expanse
* See all types of patients in a fast-paced emergency room environment
* Teamwork and compassion are essential qualities for this role
* Charge experience preferred
* Required certifications: TNCC and ENPC or PALS

The emergency room operates with a dedicated team of charge nurses, registered nurses, technicians, and paramedics across multiple shifts to ensure around-the-clock patient care. The department is equipped with modern technology and utilizes the Expanse EMR system to support high-quality, efficient patient care delivery.
