RN - Med City Weatherford

Job Details:

* Night shift position with variable weekend scheduling
* Guaranteed 36 hours per week
* Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required
* Meditech documentation system experience required
* Floating policy applies as needed
* Dress code requirements include:
- Clean and healthy nails with no artificial nails, gel, or next gen
- Hair must be neat, clean, and pulled back if shoulder length or longer
- No extreme hair styles or colors
- Beards, mustaches, and sideburns must be clean and neatly trimmed
- Body art must be covered whenever possible
- Visible piercings other than ears are prohibited, including nose rings and tongue rings

The facility utilizes Meditech as its primary documentation system and maintains a structured staffing model with a floating policy to support patient care needs across units.
