Open Position: CT Technologist - CT Tech X-ray

Job Details:

* Work day shifts from 5:30 AM to 4:00 PM with required on-call responsibilities and a 30-minute call response time
* Acute care setting
* 3-day floor specific orientation provided
* Rotate holidays with core staff
* Perform approximately 80 procedures per day between X-ray and CT
* Float to perform portable CXR anywhere in house, as well as CT, C-arms, X-ray, and Fluoro
* Work with equipment including Siemens 64 Slice CT, Siemens 128 Slice CT, Radiology Fluoro, Rad, 3 Portables, 4 C-Arms
* On-site radiologist available 7 days a week from approximately 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with teleradiologist available during off hours
* Lead charge available on day and swing shifts
* Charting system: Cerner
* Wear teal scrubs and provide own radiation badge
* Hospital may cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment or up to 3 shifts for assignments less than 13 weeks
* Required certifications: BLS, ARRT (R), ARRT (CT), California CRT with Fluoro permit
* Minimum 3-5 years of experience required
* BSN not required
* Must be able to work well with others, maintain a positive attitude, and promote a positive patient experience

Facility:

This acute care facility operates a comprehensive radiology department equipped with advanced imaging technology, including multiple CT scanners, C-arms, portable units, and fluoroscopy equipment. The department handles a high volume of imaging procedures daily and is supported by on-site radiologists as well as teleradiology services during off hours. The facility maintains 24/7 respiratory therapy and pharmacy services, and provides patient transportation resources within the department.
