Opportunity:

RN - OR (Pediatric)

Job Details:

* 10-hour variable night shifts
* Schedule runs Monday through Sunday with rotating weekend nights
* 1 to 6 weekend shifts per contract
* Ability to float to other UCSF campuses and units as needed
* Minimum 3 years of experience required
* Strong pediatric general OR experience required
* Strong OR pediatric level one trauma experience required
* Teaching hospital experience required
* Trauma Level I experience required, Trauma Level II experience preferred
* Previous charge experience preferred
* Community hospital experience preferred
* Ambulatory OR, CVOR, General OR, Peds CVOR, and Trauma experience preferred
* Patient age groups include neonates, infants, pediatrics, and adolescents
* Charting system experience required with Epic
* Required certifications: CA RN License, BSN, BLS, PALS
* CNOR certification preferred
* 2 references from most recent employer required at time of submittal

Facility:

This children's hospital features 11 surgical suites and 2 procedural suites, with a primary focus on a multidisciplinary team-based approach to patient care. Services offered include neurology, orthopedics and spine, otolaryngology, urology, plastics, ophthalmology, dental, cardiac, general surgery, gastrointestinal, and hematology and oncology. The facility is a nationally recognized academic medical center committed to delivering comprehensive, specialized pediatric care across a wide range of disciplines.
