Job Details:

* Work 12-hour day shifts from 6:45 AM to 7:00 PM
* Every other weekend scheduling required
* Assignments based on patient volume
* Float to JW campus as needed
* Work with PB980 ventilators, V60 NIV, and Fisher & Paykel high flow equipment
* Document using Meditech system
* Perform bedside bronchoscopy procedures
* Provide respiratory care assigned to specific units for patient care
* Critical care experience required
* Required certifications: BLS, Virginia licensure to practice as a Registered Care Practitioner (RCP), RRT credentialed by NBRC
* Navy scrubs required
* Must practice AIDET and exemplify core values at all times

Facility:

This 478-bed facility is a Level 1 trauma center offering a wide range of acute care services. The respiratory care department operates with a strong team-oriented culture and a brand new fleet of mechanical ventilators. The facility is currently undergoing an ED expansion project and is known for fostering a supportive work environment with a strong emphasis on work-life balance and staff engagement.
