RN - MS/Tele

Job Details:

* 3x12 night shift schedule
* Every other weekend coverage required, may vary based on unit need
* Floating to other units or facilities is required based on census needs
* Staff will only float to units they are qualified for with demonstrated and documented competencies
* Patient ratio of 5:1 for days, nights, and weekends
* Documentation system: EPIC - minimum 1 year of experience required
* Medication system: Omnicell
* Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and SC RN license
* Preferred skills: Telemetry, ER Holding, and Cardiac Telemetry
* Required skills include blood product administration, cardiac telemetry, CVA care, interpretation of dysrhythmias, surgical drains, telemetry remote monitoring, and total joint replacement
* Minimum 1 year of experience required; first-time travelers will be reviewed based on experience
* Interdisciplinary support available including IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, phlebotomy, radiology, social services, rapid response teams, pharmacy, and unit secretary
* Adult patient population
* 30-bed unit with a daily census of 20
* 24 orientation hours provided
