Opportunity:

RN - Ortho

Job Details:

* Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
* Orthopedic/Spine unit with 345 beds and 3-time Magnet Designation
* Patient ratios of 1:5 on both days and nights (varies between units, ratios not guaranteed)
* Work alongside RNs and CNAs on most units
* Float pool availability of approximately 80 staff members
* Perform and assist with joint replacements, fracture repairs, and spinal injury care
* Use Meditech EMR system
* Work with various types of unit equipment
* Minimum 1 year of current Med/Surg/Ortho hospital experience required
* BLS certification required
* ACLS preferred
* Chemo Certification preferred (allows scheduling on Oncology unit)
* Must demonstrate flexibility and willingness to float between units
* Team player with compassionate patient care approach required
