Opportunity:

Occupational Therapist - Home Health

Job Details:

* Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday
* Territory covers Alameda County with potential expansion as needed
* Prioritize and conduct start of care visits with next day mandatory reporting
* Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants
* Complete clinical notes and all documentation within 48 hours of visit
* Maintain timely communication with supervisor, intake, and office staff
* Must be generally responsive during normal business hours
* Productivity requirement of 30 points per week (1 point = 1.33 hours)
* Caseloads and visit mixes are designed to average 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week
* Overtime must be pre-approved by the Clinical Supervisor
* Training consists of 3 full days - one in-house and two in the field
* Documentation system: Kinnser
* Equipment issued: iPad and Ring Central
* Mileage reimbursement provided from first to last patient
* Parking and toll reimbursement paid
* Company car option available
* California OT License required
* Minimum of one year of home health experience required
