Job Details:

* Work 8-hour day shifts with potential to work holidays
* No on-call responsibilities
* Weekends not required
* Acute care setting
* Charting system: EPIC
* Required certifications: BLS (AHA)
* Minnesota state license required
* Plan, organize, and deliver physical therapy programs to help patients recover and improve mobility, relieve pain, increase strength, and prevent deformities
* Document patient information for evaluation in accordance with departmental guidelines and regulatory requirements
* Educate patients and family members about treatment plans, schedules, and home exercise programs
* Analyze and record therapeutic progress of patients and recommend necessary adjustments
* Follow guidelines, regulations, standards, and safety procedures throughout the therapy process
* All clinicians must badge in and out at facility
