Opportunity:

Respiratory Therapist

Job Details:

* Weekend shifts required based on staffing needs
* No call requirements
* Scheduling pattern varies as travelers are placed based on greatest staffing needs
* One of two positions approved for 48 hours
* Rotating weekend schedule
* Float to all areas within the hospital as needed
* Work across all floors within Tower A
* Patient ratio of 36 UOS
* Operate equipment including V60, Hamilton C1, PB40, PB980, Metaneb, EPOC ABG system, Nitric, and AIRVO
* Use Meditech EMR system
* Perform procedures including ABG, ventilator management, Nitric management, bronchoscopy assistance, intubation assistance, nebulizer treatments, and high flow nasal cannula (HFNC)
* ICU experience required
* CVICU experience preferred
* Nitric experience preferred
* Must be a team player
* Required certifications: CRT or RRT, ACLS, and BLS
* Black scrubs required

Facility:

This facility is a large hospital with 368 beds and a respiratory therapy team of 34 staff members. The respiratory therapy department is located on the 3rd floor of Tower A and covers all floors throughout the hospital. The facility is equipped with advanced respiratory equipment and utilizes the Meditech EMR system to support comprehensive patient care across all units.
